You can make your own zucchini noodles using a spiralizer, such as Vegetti or simlar gadget.

Has anyone ever tried "Shirataki" pasta & rice? I'm have to keep my carbs to a minimum and saw these were "carb free".

DSheets, I have not - I like the zucchini noodles as a good way to add low carb vegetables to my keto recipes.

Just tried the pasta zero shiritaki noodles. They got them in at my WalMart. The texture is a bit more al dente than wheat pasta and they have a slightly mustier flavor not the bland floury flavor we’re used to associating with noodles. A good frying or a fair bit of spice or tomato will reduce or conceal the change in flavor and the slightly rubbery texture just needs to be dealt with. They stay together excellently in sauce, much better than vegetable noodles made with a tool. And are much closer to what you are used to. Eat the vegetable ones for awhile then go to these and you will be amazed! LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️

Hey Guys, hope all of you are doing great! I just joined this app. I am planning to get down my weight. Right now I am on 246 lbs and I wanna bring it to 206 lbs for a healthier life and to get ready for my sisters marriage. Any guidance how to choose the right food as I believe food is an integral part of weight loss. I am finding it difficult to keep up with schedule and fulfill my calorie count while keeping all the nutrients up. Any suggestions help will be really helpful. I have a daily goal of completing 2000 calories. Minimum Sodium and Sugar, less carbs. Thanks very much in Advance. We can do it!!
