My unofficial weight this morning is 114.1kg.
I was so tempted to pig out yesterday but I resisted! The rain and cold wasn't making it easy and there was the aroma of comfort food home. I had many times to just give in and start again after the Festive Season but I am so proud that I didn't. I wasn't feeling hunger, it was more all in the mind so to speak. I just went onto youtube and watched some videos of people dedicated to bodybuilding and it helped me get my mind right.
