ive gone over now for 2days😐 but not to far over, its hard to only eat 1200 calories, today choices were not the best but im out of diet type foods, got to get to store friday😄

consider eating 2 meals a day, with zero snacks, and water only. That's how I've been doing 800ish cals a day with minimal slip ups. :-)

800 is probably not enough calories, and two meals a day sounds very bad for your metabolism if you do that for more than a couple days at a time. You should eat 6 small meals a day 200 cals each. Load up on veggies, whole grains only (no white flour products) and get as much lean protein and fiber as possible to keep you feeling full. Drink lots of water and green tea too. Good luck!

I found you on my feed. Are you doing low carb high fat (LCHF)? If so, low calorie and limited meals are OK and contribute to fat loss. If your daily carbs are much above 25 or 30, then you will be hungry and in danger of overeating. Dietdoctor.com by Dr. Andreas Einfeldt has taught me a great deal. Dr. Jason Fung also taught me much. I am a 60 year old diabetic with heart disease who is now off of all prescriptions. My vitals continue to improve and my weight is stablized. Intermittent Fasting is my next step. Personally, I am shooting for ten carbohydrate grams per day to get to weight loss. I am no longer hungry on this low carb lifestyle, and my blood glucose has far fewing swings. If you are not attempting keto, I wonder why Fat Secret thinks you are in my groups?
