My unofficial weight this morning is 116kg.
I'm so proud of myself. Last night we had chicken tikka for supper and I although I love the chips and roti that comes with it, I opted to rather microwave two potatoes and not have the chips and roti. That choice was 650 calories vs 236 calories which I could have reduced even further if I only used 1 potato.
Looking forward to tomorrow's official weigh-in.
