Think I did good today :-) 25 min walk/run, 20 min biggest loser, 20 min of zumba, 10 push ups, 20 crunches, about 10 min of stretching :-) back on the weight loss track ^.^ and feeling much better. It's funny that when you fall off the wagon that you forget that when you work out and eat healthier you actually feel better and more energized. Got to keep that in mind and start shedding the pounds :)
