Are you counting just calories or do you follow the macros? I was told to increase my protein and lower my carbs. But so many say it is the calories in?

I mostly follow Keto with a carb meal every so often like once or twice a month. Mostly because if I follow strict Keto I have trouble sleeping and my blood pressure gets really low to the point when I stand up things go black for a second. Crazy scary. I keep up with myself electrolytes and don't go to low with my calories but only adding a carb meal in every now and then help. I try to stick with macros. 80% fat 15% protien and 5% carbs but most of the time it is around those ranges but not exact. I have been eating around 1600+ calories this week. I was sticking to 1200+. I really think the wine was what was slowing me down. Which is a bummer because I LOVE wine. 😊

try excluding dairy as well. all of it. you should see a tremendous difference

That's good, I found that cutting back on the wine helped me quite a bit. Wasn't able to cut it out though, so kudos to you on that
