My unofficial weight this morning is 113.1kg.
Yesterday I ate way over my RDI and didn't keep it as a low carb day so I'm glad I still got a 0.4kg drop since yesterday morning.
Settling back into things but still having this fluish symptoms. Hopefully it passes soon.
