My unofficial weight this morning is 114kg.
I'm almost rid of this flu. Yesterday was my first day to get my eating sorted out and it went well despite it not being my usual Monday fast day. I had to eat supper because of taking some flu meds so I had fruit, oats and yoghurt :)
The first week is always the hardest!!!
