mars2kids's Journal, 13 Mar 12

My goal right now is to learn to eat better in the evenings. I eat too much for supper, then eat a fatty snack in the evening, and it needs to stop. My weight has stayed the same and at least it's not going up, but I know the reason it's not going down is the way I eat in the evening. I know with warm weather around the corner I'll start eating better because I'll have more available fresh fruits and veggies, and I usually do some gardening in the evening which burns calories. Maybe I need to pull out my clothes from last summer, when I was a few pounds less, and see how far I have to go for them to fit comfortably, that might give me some motivation. I can do this, I just need to work harder.

evening munching, so many of us struggle with it! So interesting looking at your weight calendar - I have almost the same trend :) You did it once - you'll figure out how to do it again!

Thanks! It makes me feel good that I'm not the only one struggling with this!
