Last night had friends over - usually terrible for weight loss.

We made grilled flatbread pizzas and Mexican corn. I had two slices of pizza (smaller than a traditional size), 1 ear of corn, 1 large piece of cantelope, and 6 oz beer.

Go me. was 164.4 this morning. Moving in the right direction! I don't like to "officially" weigh in too much, so I'll wait until Sunday or Monday.

Does anyone have any experiencing fasting? I read that it could be detrimental to women by slowing down their metabolisms. Any woman out there have any feedback for me?

What do you mean by fasting? My longest fasting experiences were in my teens, water only. I don't really recommend that. Or do you mean liquids only for days, or intermittent eating, where you only eat within a set window of time each day?

I am referring to 16:8 fast and or 24 hour. I've got friend who does 2 24 hour fasts per week. Mondays and Thursdays. He loves it. I'll check out that referral. Thx!

Don't do it. Just find right calorie, macros balance that is right for you (weight loss/gain). Exercise and cut on garbage foods. Fasting is a terrible idea.
