I have kind of gotten off track. I didn't get any workouts in over the weekend, and didn't eat the best, but I did do a workout yesterday. I did get some activity in over the weekend, just not what I wanted to do. I've been stressed too, so a lot of ups and downs. I don't want to eat, then I'll want everything in sight. Today I've actually had to make myself eat otherwise I probably would have gone all day without anything.

After work I want to get my workout done, but my husband has a meeting to go to so I'm sure we'll need to get dinner done first. I might be able to make myself get a workout done later in the evening, but I have a bad habit of sitting down, then not getting up again, especially when I'm tired. I had to get to work early this morning or I would have done it early instead. I have to get at least 7 hours of sleep, or I will be a bear to work with and I won't be productive all day, so I had to eliminate the morning workout to get to work. Probably tomorrow again at least too.

Hopefully, now that some of the family drama that was stressing me out is getting sorted out and maybe starting to get behind us little by little, I'll be able to get myself back on track. It's going to be a normal stressful couple of weeks between work and home (kids going back to school) but it will all work out. Life moves forward, I just have to figure out how to stop trying to anchor myself to the couch with junk food to stop it. I want to get healthier to keep up with my life, not slower and more tired.

You are doing just fine. The weekend is over, put it behind you. You are doing your best. You have a lot on your plate. Go easy on yourself, you'll get there. If you can't make time for a full workout in the mornings or evening, commit to 15 mins of strength. Sit ups, planks, squats, free weights. Whatever you can do. YouTube has some great short workouts. Food intake has a much greater influence on your weight loss. Make a commitment to not snacking in the evenings, especially snacking on crap. It's not making you happy. You deserve to be happy. You've got this.
