3.5 miles walked this morning with doggies along for just 1.5....a bit warm for them both...warm enough for shorts and a t-shirt!

I added tunes to my walk for the rest of it, without the doggies, and I felt like dancing my way around the neighborhood (but didn't....this IS a neighborhood with decorum, dontcha know - LOL!). All in all, a fast, good-mood kind of walk. I added a bit of mileage to make up for yesterday and because there's rain in the forecast for tomorrow, which could mean only indoor exercise on Friday.

Dishwasher is fixed!!!! Now we can mess up the kitchen to our heart's content.

We'll be taking a trip to Hot-Lanta in the next few weeks, so you might see me just "disappear" for a few days. I love this trip....looking forward to shopping 'til I drop. Already figuring out how to stay on plan like I did last year. Last year I was 60 pounds lighter than the previous year and I could definitely feel the difference when walking around and climbing subway stairs. This year, it won't be quite as noticeable, as I'm 20 pounds less, but I'll take it!

YAY for the dishwasher being fixed..LOL thats how I felt until I got mine fixed too...Not only are you 20 less you have been gearing up for it by all the walking you have been doing..let us know in advance so we won't be worried about you..and have a wonderful time...I need new music on mine MP3 also..enjoy your evening...:O)

Itmust have been wonderful that first visit after losing so much! And the extra 20 now will be such a bonus. You've done so well, I hope you enjoy every second.

Bren, the walking I'm doing definitely makes it so much easier walking around the city, as I walk everywhere, leaving the car parked at the hotel. Whatever I can't get to readily on foot, I take MARTA, Atlanta's subway system. That's still a lot of walking. BTW...saw the moon tonight! It was one of those partly cloudy nights when the clouds would reveal the moon, then obscure it.

Dani, with all the walking I do while there, it was a MAJOR difference between those 2 years! I consider myself a really good, strong walker, even when I was over 200 pounds, but when I dropped the 60, well, the difference walking those familiar routes was amazing to me. If I hadn't experienced it, I never would have believed it would have made that much difference.

Believe me Laurie, that kitchen WILL get messed up....esp. when DH begins cooking - LOL!!!!
