Today was a good day. It takes 3,132 Steps to get to the Gym.
On the way back home I made a detour had to go to the grocery store and that was 3,643 Steps from the Gym to the store and then home.
Today's Workout:
Weights Training for an hour. I did Chest, Back, and Lower Legs My Calves.
Then I did an hour on the Treadmill
Followed by 30 minutes on The Stationary Bike.
