My unofficial weight this morning is 110.4kg.
I had a quick gym session of 30 about minutes of weht training(chest & shoulders) yesterday. I used extremely light weights but my muscles still got sore and I love that feeling! I'll take it slow at gym for the 1st few weeks as I rebuild my strength.
My first day back on track wasn't too bad. I've started drinking Rooibos tea in the evenings for the first time in my life and I actually like it :D
