BELLYMAN's Journal, 18 Feb 10

I walked a mile today and did great I was not winded or tired from this. I was discourages adn starving last night so i ate a pizza with peperoni and jelopenos and i was sad this morning. but I didnt gain i actually lost .2 lol so I am taking action cause my weigh in is tommorrow. I took laxatives and i am drinking my green tea. I have also taken potasum. I should go down.
