My food for the week is coming out 1057 Calories a day after I divided my lunch into 7 portions. I might add a bowl of fruit to get closer to my 1200 calories. I'm loving this.. The scale just keeps going down. And I can finally fit a pair of jeans that I might too small on purpose. Even though I know I want be able to wear them for long, It's still progress!!!
22 pounds down last time I checked. Still have some ways to go. But I'm just taking it day by day..

You have to fall in love with the process, then you'll see the progress!!
