I wasn't on FS all week and I gained .04oz. I shouldn't complain but I see a gain as just that a gain. :( So want to be trimmed down for vacation. I must be more dilagent on entering my food and getting more exercise. Only have about 12 weeks until vacation so I better get with it. :)

Tracking my food is the only way I keep from over doing it. Somehow everytime I estimate I'm always lower than reality.
