Up early this morning to run my 4.3 miles. No hills, with the exception of a 0.5% incline for the last two miles. Nothing dramatic; seemed to take an extra mile or so before the hips loosened up, but everything smoothed out eventually. Nothing earth-shattering, but I suppose it's not bad - considering my somewhat complacent regard for my food intake thus far this month, but I'm 215 on 2-15. :)
I hope that everyone had an exciting Valentines Day, and your significant other remembered you. If not, take heart in knowing that I love and appreciate you all.

Glad to hear you took it easy on the incline at least. Keep listening to your body for how far to push it. Wifey comes back today, doesn't she. Have a great Valentines celebration together. Such a cute pic!

I think my wife is doing OK. She and our daughter are due to arrive back in town about 6 pm tonight. She must be having a great time, because our daughter is the only one texting me. :) Since she left before Valentines Day, I have a few surprises for her on the table at home - a card, a potted Rose plant (she says the flowers go to waste too fast) and a necklace with matching earrings. I know she's not expecting that much, but with everything that's going on, I figured I'd give her a little morale boost. You have to know my wife to understand her; she's like a gypsy with two or three rings on every finger. I don't ever have any trouble finding her a gift;; she likes diamonds and saphires. Why the heck do you think I'm still working? :D
