Angela H's Journal, 13 Feb 12

Well its a new day, as always on the weekend I tend to stray a bit (Saturday the worst) but I'm back on the wagon again today. I at least didn't gain weight but stayed the same. Hoping for a several pound loss this week and start some kind of exercise, even if just doing some crunches.

It is so easy to get out of a routine on the weekends. I try to plan for it and make sure I have some good food on hand but even then sometimes I mess up, like last Saturday. I find if I record everything I eat, even on bad days, it helps keeep me on track.

Weekends are definitely my down fall because the hubby is home. He's one of those that can eat anything and not gain on ounce. Just not fair...hehe!! But I do allow myself a little give on the weekend ONLY as long as I've done well during the week. My biggest problem is dinners, because the hubby doesn't get home somedays until late I have always waited for him so we could eat together. Not good to eat and then go to bed. I am trying to reschedule my routine so that I'm not eating anything after 8pm so he's just gonna have to deal with eating on his own. I'll sit with him but I'm not going to eat that late. Me and the girl will eat earlier. I also have to get into a routine for some exercise. Nothing crazy, doing this in baby steps as I don't want to hurt myself. The body doesn't move like it use to. LOL
