I'm afraid to weigh myself as I have been very bad, but I am on day three of running with a group of friends. First two days sucked! We modified so we actually run more now, but for not quite as long, and that made a big difference today.

Instead of walking 1-2 laps and running a lap, in which we only end up running 2 laps, we walk half a lap, run half a lap. The more laps we do the worse it feels but at least we are getting some running in without feeling like passing out.

He had some silly app that told us when to and not to run. It wasn't working out, so we opted to change to a more structured approach. Hopefully we can pick it up over time! :D
