I fell off the wagon and regained a large amount of weight. I've been trying to restart over and over but then I would fall off the wagon again almost immediately. It is in part due to my being over worked, but also my mental state because I know that physically I cannot reach my goal due to my bad shoulder and back. I know that I need to get the weight back off for my health, especially for my back, but it'll take time.

I saw a registered dietitian today and it was an interesting session as the majority of what we discussed was mutually understood. We agree that the problem is simply eating too much, ultimately, and that moderation is key. So I am taking a different approach than I have previously.

I don't necessarily need to cook everything, I just need to make some things that can be put together with other things to make meals.

The goal is 2,000 calories a day, and hopefully to lose 25 lbs in 3 months. I'll reassess at that point. So here goes!
