Stole VeggieJunkie's dip recipe. This was amazingly delicious. I roasted zucchini at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. The dip is vegan. I used Just Mayo, Sriracha, lemon juice, chili powder, minced garlic and salt & pepper to taste.

I really appreciate you sharing your recipe yesterday. It really added a kick to dinner last night. I still have plenty of leftover sauce and I've been craving it with zucchini again already.
