Weighed myself this morning and no loss or gain. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to record. I've been eating better and exercising almost every day for at least 30 mins. this week, so hopefully by my next weigh in I'll have a loss. I know the last time I did this it was really hard for me to start losing; it took me a long time to lose the 8 lbs that I had lost. I know though that making healthier choices with food and exercising will make me a healthier person, whether I lose the weight fast or slow. I just have to stick with this. I'm making a goal of being down 5 lbs. by the time my kids get out of school. I know that is about 4 months away, but I know it could take me that long. I hope we all have a good, healthy weekend!

When you don't have a lot to lose, it can be harder. Play around with your calories to see what helps you lose. What you eat is also important. Protein and high fiber foods help us lose fat better than any other food groups. Plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies. Good luck!
