I'm not complaining, however I swear every muscle is sore from last couple days workouts. I feel like I got my ass kicked lol even muscles around rib cage sore..I want do a yoga workout today , but not sure because how sore I am all over. I don't want over do it more than I have yet I want to do this workout today. I will see how the morning goes on..for now I just want my coffee lol
