Ok so i am on my period. I weighed my self yesterday and was 226 i am 225 today. I logged in a wrong number. I have a lot of weight to loose and this is a life style change not a quick fix. I have to accept that. I can expect to loose 10 pounds in a day and i cant expect that its even the number on the scale that matters. It that i feel good about my self and i only feel good about my self when i walk and eat well. I cant give up and get really sad just because of a number. That would be stupid right?
