So, my hard-fought one pound weight loss inspired me to redouble my efforts at exercise. I walked/hurried? (LOL) 3 flights of stairs 4 times last night, then rode my stationary bike for a total of 22 minutes this morning! Kinda pleased with myself, I am... ;)
I feel I must keep "pushing through" right now to prevent a prolonged stall.
