Have had a massive sinus infection since Saturday, so I haven't been exercising. My eating hasn't been great either because I've been just throwing something in the microwave rather than taking the time to make a salad. Oh well, this has to give sometime, I'm finally on antibiotics, so that should help. By this weekend I'm hoping to be back on track with my exercise. I hate being sick!!
