I sat down and worked out my menus for the week on Friday and yet again, one day later this time, the menus were put to one side because I met my son and Grandchildren and he then invited me to go for a drink with him and his girlfreind. So I have now decided that if I set out with good intentions it's better than not doing anything at all and if I have a drink then I will adjust the menus accordingly and fingers crossed maybe this will work.

Sounds good Kay.... Sometimes things "just happen" and we have to re-adjust.... That's life :-). A drink with your son and his GF sounds good.
