worked out using using my ipod classic i got back from my daughter sans all my songs that used to be on it. she over wrote them all. but i managed to find some more to put on and i had a much better workout. the music really helped. i burned over 200 cal on the bike in only 30 min and rode 6.88 miles i haven't done that in a long time. not what i used to do but you have to start somewhere.trying to make sure that next week has a better weight loss than that pathetic 0.4 lb loss of this week. i need next week to be better. alot better. i also parked at the end of the parking lot and walked uphill to the kroger. and carried my own grocers to the car. baby steps
