daughter "borrowed my ipod classic. that means she synced it to her computer and now all my songs and play lists i worked so hard to set up some years ago are gone. need to redo all that from scratch. i was pissed with some expletives attached. of course she can't be bothered to help me.....figure out what i did some years ago. have to relearn to use the darn thing all over again. went for a very fast walk i was so incredibly pissed. at least i knocked off the exercise. tomorrow i'll do my home weigh in after breakfast. shoes on etc. fingers crossed i lose a little bit. i'm hopeful.....
