my blood pressure is really up. i hurt my back exercising on monday and i've been in worsening pain ever since. feels really inflamed. mid back area. i slept w/ a heating pad that may have been not a good idea though i thought it was supposed to help. my pressure was really up this am 191/90 so i had to take an extra bp pill. very dizzy can't exercise or drive or anything. can't even go to the store to get my weekly order to plan my meals for the week. not at all hungry. had to force myself to eat my small bowl of cereal this am. never ate my hard boiled egg i had planned for a snack. hope things get better soon. i rode the bike 3 times this week, was so pleased about that but my daughter said my posture was not good when i rode, maybe this was a factor re my back pain
