My unofficial weight this morning is 105.2kg.
I had a bit of a hectic weekend but at least my weight is lower in comparison to last week Monday's unofficial weight :)
I knew the 1st week getting back on track would be challenging but I pulled through it and this week is going to be much easier :)
Have a good week everyone! I'll post later today about a few new things I'm planning to do and experiment with.
