i went to a party today. success in that i only had a bottle of water. nothing else. even though it was a lavish party but i didn't touch anything and declined the luscious desert that was handed to me. so far on track. very hungry but need to go to bed to avoid eating any more. i had salad for both lunch and dinner. measured and weighed everything that went into my mouth. i have to remember that in 2 weeks time it will get easier. but that's how long it takes to get over the first really hard time of feeling like you are light headed and weak. i tried to focus on the other fun stuff at the party that was not related to food. the music, the ppl. and there was alot of fun stuff re that.
