Little white lies have become a diet aide for me at work and social situations. I have today and tomorrow off then back to work. It's so much easier to control my food at work as I only eat what I take and say no thankyou to other people's offers, I say, oh I just had a banana and, I am allergic to those, or I might be getting the flu and my stomach doesn't think I should have any, but thankyou :) Sometimes I say I did have some and they were so good, yup I lie. Seems like they won't give up otherwise. Why is that?
