Well, this is hideous. I avoided the scale this month and didn't try to eat sensibly. I should've waited to join this latest challenge after my holiday weigh-in!
I actually felt sick last night after having eaten a meat & 3 Southern-fried lunch. My kidneys were hurting and I still feel queasy this morning. I'm going to try my very best today to drink plenty of water and eat good food in modest quantities. I hate this bloated feeling.
