We were scheduled to work overtime today and the afternoon turned unusually quiet. We were able to get our work caught up and were off at our normal time. Lately that rarely happens.

Loved getting off work @ 3:30 and went to the gym. A 45 minute workout after a several months of not getting there. It felt so good. A definite push for myself to get there at least 3 times per week.

My gym bag will have to be a permanent fixture in my car.

fyi mostly the brand names in my food diary are just using the item not the real brand. ie: today the French dip sandwich -- catered in y my company from a local pub and the vegetarian chili was homemade. The Blue Bunny yogurt was real-- overdid that since I hadn't had any ice cream in quite awhile. Still well within my 1400 calories.
