Thanks Kimmy. Keep in mind that my weight was 102.9kg in August and then I had a hectic gain of 8.6kg over a 3 week period. I'm always honest about my weight and this is mostly water and undigested food that I got rid of. I can't wait to see me drop below 102.9kg because then I know I'm burning fat again. What's very important here is that I was able to enjoy life and not feel that all my hard work to lose the weight went in vain as normally is the case with some diets and weight loss methods.
