Things I did right yesterday:
Didn't skip meals, despite the desperate desire to loose weight before my honeymoon.
Substituted Capoeira for Pole, when my Capoeira buddy cancelled, instead of skipping exercise completely.
Prepared a healthy stir fry for today.
