So I was doing well, and then i slipped and now I am back to working out. I have kickboxing as my thing now, since i ahve always loved it and I joined a gym. Im trying to learn to put me first in my life. I was thinking of skipping my first day because my gf wanted me to help her with some things, then i said NO. this is for me. :) So I am on my way to the gym.
Training is from 6 to really late, but i'm going to just do the first hour.
