Hello FS friends , I am looking at my food and see that I have a lot of salt in my diet. I think I need to find foods with a lot less salt.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day we will see how it goes.
Have a fabulous day all.

I'm not adding salt it's already in my food . I'm looking for better options to choose what I'm eating.

Do the research and read the labels before buying. I eat no more than 1500-1800 mg of sodium/day.

Kick the packaged food to the curb and cook from fresh whole foods. Some veggies naturally contain sodium, but you'll be able to control the added salt.

Agree with Msk. Cans, bags, packages, boxes=too much salt usually.
