It is a little early to be sure but I feel I should prepare a plan based on the level of success or failure this current diet plan will achieve in a months time.

I have two options that come to mind if the plan is successful.

Option 1: Continue towards the slow weight loss with slow muscle gains. Continue the "recomposition" process in the hopes to eventually reach a leaner, stronger me. If I see a lb or more of weight loss overall per a week, then I likely will continue with this plan.

Option 2: Revert to the Keto diet for the diet suppression and, consequently, its fat loss advantage. I can tell that I have lost a significant amount of weight, but I still have plenty of adipose tissue to work with. If I see less than a lb loss per week and measurements aren't showing fat loss and muscle gain, I will likely revert to this plan.

Either way I would continue with the strength training as I want to lose fat without losing so much muscle.

There are still a few weeks left before I can analyze the results and come to a conclusion, but it is worth thinking ahead to be prepared.
