I was doing pretty well weight wise until this last year, and all of the sudden all sense of control went out the door and my schedule changed to make exercise more difficult. I am committed to getting out and walking a couple of miles each day, and eventually doing the CT5K!

I tend to watch the scale really closely when I am making an effort to improve things. It's interesting how weight fluctuates. Right now I feel like I am letting go of a bunch of toxic buildup in my body. It feels so good to get rid of some of the bloated feeling.

I am starting the Advocare 24 day challenge soon, and hope to turn things around after having put on considerable weight in the last year. :)
