So, I've been really tired all week and just not on top of my game with eating or working out. Well, today I wake up with a huge headache and a sore throat and no voice, so maybe my body has just been working up to this all week. Yuck! And tomorrow I'm supposed to go out with some friends who I haven't seen in forever, I am going whether I'm sick or not, but maybe if I get some rest in that will help. Work today will be interesting since I answer the phone and greet people at the front door. I may end up going home early. Well, no workout for me again today because I just don't think my body could handle it. Next week, a change for the better I hope. :(
