Goodbye water weight. Please feel free to take all this bloating and logy feeling with you.

Yesterday I discovered my new favourite snack. Frozen veggies (string beans in this case) eaten still frozen, but dipped in hot sauce. Perfect for this oppressive heat, and also for getting my sodium levels up.

I had heat stroke so badly on Monday I needed hospitalization, and while I've always had low sodium, I really got yelled at for my levels that day. (I barely remember, it took 3 hours of cooling packs and IV drips to get me lucid.) Do you know how hard it is to find high-sodium foods that are also low calorie and low carb? It's insane!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
