My snacking has been out of control lately. I've been wanting chocolate and sugar so bad and I'm losing the battle between my will power and my cravings. I'll eat fruit, but that doesn't seem to satisfy the craving. Maybe because I haven't felt good I'm craving more junk for some reason. I don't know, but I hope by next week I get rid of my sweet tooth.
