Drove about 300 miles for child's endo appt yesterday, chips with in & out fries and a patty were the trip food. Ugh. Went over the RDI by about 300. Too much salt. Hands, feet, face, swollen and itchy last night, puffy all over. It looks like overall, if I eat just 2 starchy vegis a day, I carry 3 extra pounds, and can see the difference. Better get out in the yard working again before the sun is too high.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
