After a Wednesday of eating 3 different breyani's + a steers burger instead of it being a Fast Day, my unofficial weight this morning is down to 108.3kg which is 0.2kg lower than my official weight :)
I only managed to go to the gym on Friday so that was just once this week due to vehicle trouble.
I'm happy with my unofficial weight and hopefully wont do too much damage this weekend.
