161.4 after waking up. The damage of the deep fried KFC thigh/wings/fries two days ago is hopefully over. Off to work!
73.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The problem with KFC is not the deep fried part it is the flour that they use to bread the skin that we all love

Thanks for the info, I never knew that but your right, I don't know if I could eat a skinless-non-breaded KFC.
