first real dieting challenge will be tomorrow. going to lunch with a friend. will go to neiman's restaurant. their food is pretty good and pretty diet friendly although you can "get off track" easily at any restaurant. they give you a cup of clear consume before your meal with a mini bread stick which is a nice way to deal with hunger while you are deciding what to order. they have these popovers with strawberry butter they give you. i'll have to skip the popover those things are probably 200 cal not including the butter. they have very good salads. i'll try to use the ww trip of dipping the tines of the fork into salad dressing only and not pouring the salad dressing over the salad. good way to not use too much dressing. both my daughter's are getting married in the next two months. i tried on the dress i thought i was going to wear. not good. i thought for sure the dress would fit it does but it look awful. i look like i'm 6 months pregnant. omg. good thing i'm on this diet. it was really really bad. oh well the dress is very dated anyway. i need to get something more up to date that dress must be 15 years old. still its very pretty and if i looked ok on me i would wear it. i hate shopping esp the way i look now. oh well at least i'm 8 lbs thinner than i previously was. i feel better but don't look better not yet anyway.
