Got up, did my workout, and went back to work. Not feeling all that peppy, but jogging this morning went better than expected. Started jogging 26 minutes out of 30. Do it again tomorrow, and then a rest day. Salute! Up a pound from yesterday's weigh-in, but who knows what to expect when you're sucking down fluids, and sitting on your butt, when you're fighting a cold. What it is, is what it is. Hoping this will run its course without having to go to the doctor. When I would take the dog out for a walk, it felt good outside. Feel almost like normal when I'm outside. Hmmm . . . if they would only let me move my desk outside . . .
